Grace Muir, the Stud Manager, has founded a registered Charity called HEROS which stands for Homing Ex-Racehorses Organisation Scheme, having assessed and re-schooled ex-racehorses for re-homing and new careers. Formerly carried out under the Stud's umbrella, rehoming will now be handled largely by HEROS. To date over 300 horses have successfully been loaned or sold and adapted to numerous new disciplines in the equine world.

A selection of horses are always available through HEROS in association with North Farm Stud where you are assured that the utmost care is taken to match these horses with suitable owners and help you meet your requirements.
